We're so happy you're here! Below you'll find answers to our most common questions about our services, travel, and booking process. Our goal is to make your bridal experience as effortless and enjoyable as possible from inquiry to "I Do".
Where are you located?
We're based along the Gulf Coast and travel anywhere from New Orleans to Pensacola. We are proud to serve brides throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida's Gulf Coast, but not limited to should you like us travel to another location.
Do you travel to the venue or get-ready location?
Yes! We're a fully mobile glam team. We'll come directly to your hotel, Airbnb, vacation rental, or venue ~ wherever you're getting ready.
A travel fee will apply, cost depending on distance, and we'll include that in your custom quote.
How many artists will be at my wedding?
Your team size depends on your bridal party and your timeline. We typically bring both hair stylists and makeup artists so that everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Do you offer preset packages?
No preset packages here ~ every bride's look is completely custom and personalized. We'll tailor your services to match your needs, party size, timeline, and desired level of glam.
What services do you offer?
- Bridal hair styling & makeup
- Bridesmaid, MOB, MOG and guest hair/makeup
- On-site touch-up services
- Local spray tans (available for Mississippi Coast brides)
- Strip/temporary lashes on the day-of (no lash extension)
How is pricing structured?
All pricing is Per Service, customized for your specific needs and bridal party size. You'll receive a personalized quote once we have all your details.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit /retainer and a signed contract are required to reserve and confirm your wedding date. The remaining is due prior the week before your event. Deposit will be refunded if wedding is cancelled 30 days or more from the scheduled wedding date, with a 20% cancellation fee. Failure to cancel 30 days before wedding/event date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
When should I book my bridal glam team?
As soon as possible! Popular wedding weekends ~ especially spring and fall can book up several months to a year in advance. We recommend securing your date 6-12 months before your wedding whenever possible. The sooner the better to lock in your special day
Do you offer trial bridal hair and makeup?
Absolutely. A bridal preview session is the perfect way to fine-tune your desired look before your big day. It allows us to perfect your special look and make any adjustments so you feel completely confident. But trials are not necessary as we have done many for brides without trials.
How do travel fees work?
Travel fees are based on mileage and travel time from our home base. If overnight stays are required for destination weddings, hotel accommodations may apply. You'll receive a full travel quote before booking.
